I will dominate 'legitimate combatant' Paul - Joshua
Anthony Joshua will face the American YouTuber in an eight-bout contest which will be streamed in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Anthony Joshua stated he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "break" his opponent as the combatants met personally to publicize next month's boxing match.
Ex two-time unified heavyweight champion Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a massive disparity - at Miami's arena on 19 December.
Boxer's Attitude
"I will injure his face and damage his physique. My goal is to show my superiority," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I intend to really want to cause him pain. That's my intention."
Respectful Exchange
Despite these statements, a calm Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - normally known for his dramatics - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul instead targeted former Joshua's rival Francis Ngannou and described him as "a joke" after the Cameroonian declined a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, criticized UK rival Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul win.
"[Paul] outshines Fury - he's present here," Joshua stated.
"I give him credit for that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite stating he plans to punish Paul, Joshua refused to talk badly about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he said.

Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has primarily boxed mixed martial artists or faded names since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Tommy Fury in 2023.
Financial Success
However, the relative newcomer continues to be one of the sport's largest money-making draws, regularly earning huge earnings.
Forecast and Belief
The 28 year old predicted a stoppage in round four or five and asserted he would derail the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently in the works for two years from now.
"The next fight will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
Size Disparity
As the two fighters participated in the usual stare-down, with their physical disparity on show, it drove home just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is really going ahead.
